The firm was established in 1992 and offers a full range of legal and consulting services. The firm specializes in registering food, medical devices, animal health, cosmetics and drug products with the Thai Food and Drug Administration and in other Thai Food and Drug Regulation matters. It also specialises in providing clinical research and consumer test services and in matters involving the Thai Ministry of Agriculture. It has a particular interest in environmental and large infrastructure project law. The client base consists, primarily, of North American, Japanese and European companies which are engaged in business transactions in Thailand. The firm also has a practice which concerns investment matters in Myanmar (Burma) and Vietnam and Indochina. The firm has ten lawyers and consultants and a support staff of six administrative personnel.
